Co-ordinator positions.

We are currently seeking highly motivated people to lead CODA services.  Co-ordination roles support and lead a team of staff dedicated to the development of employment and life skills for people with a disability.  The roles focus on promoting independence and assisting people with a disability to achieve their goals and aspirations in accord with the person's individual support plan.

 You will manage a team of disability support workers including the preparation of rosters and allocation of duties.

You will work co-operatively with other Co-ordinators in the delivery of active supports.  The successful applicant will be outcome focused, have knowledge of existing community networks and use a creative approach to supporting people with a disability.  Your actions will demonstrate a commitment to inclusiveness and human rights.

You will have prior experience and knowledge of health and well being issues that may impact on people with a disability, good listening and motivation skills, and an energetic approach to work.

You will be required to undertake a range of pre-employment screening processes, including a National Police Record Check, Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme and have a current Working with Children Check.
